Manipuri Shibori collection

Shibori is a Japanese dyeing technique that typically involves folding, twisting or bunching cloth and binding it, then dyeing it in indigo.Traditional shibori requires the use of thread for binding. The pattern achieved depends on how tightly the cloth is bound and where the cloth is bound.

• Instruction for care: Dry clean first time to set colors. Later hand wash in mild detergent (Ezee)/Machine wash with shampoo at delicate setting. Starch might be required after drying.
